By accessing or using NestReach ("NestReach," "we," "us," or "our"), including this website and any SMS communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. What NestReach Does

NestReach is a consumer connection platform that matches homeowners with local service professionals. When you submit a request, you may receive an SMS from a specialist who helps qualify your need and, if appropriate, connects you with a local business. NestReach does not itself perform home services — we are the connection layer.

3. Free Service

NestReach is free to use for homeowners. We do not charge you for connections, assessments, or introductions. The local businesses we connect you with may have their own fees for their services — those are separate and not part of your agreement with NestReach.

4. SMS Messaging

By submitting your phone number, you agree to receive automated SMS messages from NestReach related to your service inquiry. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. See our SMS Opt-In Policy for full details including message frequency and carrier information.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when submitting your request
• Be 18 years of age or older to use NestReach
• Not submit requests on behalf of others without their consent
• Not use NestReach for any unlawful purpose

6. No Guarantee of Match

NestReach does not guarantee that a local service provider will be available in your area for every service category. We will make a reasonable effort to connect you, but availability depends on our partner network.

7. Third-Party Businesses

NestReach connects you with independent local businesses. We do not control the quality, timing, or outcome of their services. Any agreement you enter into with a local business is between you and that business — NestReach is not a party to it.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, AI systems, interfaces, and methods used on NestReach are owned by Fennec Solutions or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our platform.

9. Disclaimers

NestReach is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that connections will always be available, that AI specialists will be error-free, or that matched businesses will meet your expectations. Use of NestReach is at your own discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NestReach and Fennec Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform, including damages arising from interactions with matched service businesses.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Fennec Solutions is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
